A brand new wine from Partida - a blend of equal parts Macabeo & Parellada from the Baix Penedès on calcareous clay soils up to 300m in elevation. Hand harvested, crushed and left with the skins for up to a week and fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Wine ages for several months, bottled unfined, unfiltered, zero SO2. Around 2,000 liters annually.
