Partida Creus Catalunya XL 2021 750ml

Xarello grown organically on calcareous clay soils of the Baix Penedès. Hand harvested, direct press of whole clusters (no destemming) with spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel followed by 3 months further aging sur lie in stainless. Bottled without fining, filtration, and zero S02. A profoundly mineral and bright still white wine (not sparkling) that is shocking low in ABV. Annual production is 3,500 Liters. Very mineral this vintage, a touch of reduction, but that good kind of reduction that enhances the wine and gives it tension. Another tasty one!
