The Holmes Cay Australia Beenleigh 2012 edition comes from the Beenleigh Artisan Rum Distillery in Queensland, Australia. This all molasses, pot still rum was distilled in 2012 in Australia and aged there for 6 years in American Oak. The casks selected then spent 4 years in the UK in ex-bourbon before being bottled in New York State in 2022.
