Grape varietal : Teroldego. Only the 2nd vintage of this miniscule production! It is the same wine as the “normal” Sgarzon but after it is racked out of the first amphora, where it spends 8 months on the skins, this sliver of it goes into a differently shaped amphora for another year of aging.
