Mollar (aka Negramoll), harvested by hand with 20 days of skin maceration in stainless steel tanks with native yeasts. Aging in a stainless steel tank. Unfined, unfiltered, and zero SO2 on this cuvée too. It is red with a violet tint and cherry-colored reflections. The aromas include notes of red fruits, such as plums and wild fruits. On the palate, it is dry, of medium intensity, medium tannin, with a slight freshness and elegance, high acidity, and dominant astringency.
