Appearance: bright pale golden yellow with greenish reflections. Fine and small bubble of slow evolution, with formation of rosaries and presence of crown. Aroma: fine aroma of aging, with notes of butter and toasted bread, on bottoms of ripe fruit. Final impression: extensive development in its palate, with carbonic very well integrated. The aging notes merge with ripe fruit, toasted nuances and nuts. The end of the mouth is wide, long and persistent. Pairing: as an appetizer. It also perfectly accompanies ham, assortment of Iberians, seafood, salted fish, rice, poultry, meats and semi-cured cheeses.
